Celebrate with family and friends on a delicious Christmas Day Lunch feast. Featuring a specially prepared set menu by Chef Paul with a range of modern dishes, as well as the traditional Christmas fare.

Kingfish ceviche – with a lime achiote & a fresh coriander and chilli salsa
Spanish Crispy Golden Haloumi – with romesco, candied pecans & dressed leaves
Master stock Pulled Duck – with a soba noodle, mint, coriander, chilli and bean shoot salad, finished with a nam jim dressing and crispy shallots
Traditional Christmas Roast – with South Australian free-range turkey, honey glazed ham, duck fat rosemary potatoes, roast pumpkin, heirloom carrots, buttered broccolini & a pistachio stuffing, topped with a rich gravy
Goats Cherve & Dill Stuffed Zucchini Flowers – with a butternut pumpkin puree, creamy buffalo mozzarella, crisp fennel & orange salad dressed with a spiced vincotto
Western Australian Barramundi – served on a speck, asparagus & potato hash with salsa verde & dressed snow pea tendrils
Black Angus Scotch Fillet – served with duck fat potatoes, buttered broccolini, chorizo chimichurri, finished with parsnip crisps
